Ami, a female college student aiming to become a financial planner, asks Sugiura, an old acquaintance of her father who is knowledgeable about asset management, to be her tutor. Sugiura takes a lustful interest in Ami, who has grown up and now has an adult body. Unbeknownst to Ami and her friends, Sugiura has a failed business venture and is heavily in debt. He is jealous of his former friends who are building happy families, and he plans to get revenge by raping Ami, the daughter of Sugiura.
